Following the closing of the polls at 17:00 in the March 31 Local Elections and the start of the count, the question of who won the election in Bursa has become a matter of curiosity.

In the Bursa elections, the incumbent mayor, AKP's Alinur Aktaş, was nominated again, while the CHP nominated the former Mayor of Nilüfer, Mustafa Bozbey.

In addition to these two candidates, IYI Party's Yüksel Selçuk Türkoğlu and YRP's Sedat Yalçın are among the prominent candidates.
