SONAR releases highly anticipated Istanbul poll!
Two days before the local elections, SONAR Research President Hakan Bayrakçı has released the Istanbul poll. The survey shows IMM Mayor İmamoğlu leading Murat Kurum by over 7 points.
SONAR Research has shared with the public its Istanbul study, conducted between March 26 and 29 using both Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing (CATI) and face-to-face survey methods.
A total of 4,288 people participated in the research, which had a confidence interval of 0.95 and a margin of error of +-1.95.
According to the results, IMM Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu reached 47.3 percent support, while the People's Alliance candidate, AKP's Murat Kurum, remained at 40.4 percent support.
In the poll, the YRP candidate Mehmet Altınöz placed 3rd with 3.1 percent.
