YSK rejects CHP's application to cancel elections in Hatay
The application filed by the CHP to the Supreme Election Council (YSK) for the cancellation of the elections in Hatay, citing "full illegality," has been rejected. The certificate of election will be given to the AKP candidate. The CHP had alleged that over 3,000 deceased voters were allowed to cast ballots in Hatay.

The decision has become final following the application filed by the CHP on the grounds of "full illegality."
Thus, the AKP candidate Mehmet Öntürk will receive the certificate of election in Hatay instead of Lütfü Savaş.
