YSK rejects CHP's application to cancel elections in Hatay

The CHP's application to the YSK for the cancellation of the elections in Hatay, following allegations of invalid votes and deceased voters, has been rejected.

The decision has become final following the application filed by the CHP on the grounds of "full illegality."

Thus, the AKP candidate Mehmet Öntürk will receive the certificate of election in Hatay instead of Lütfü Savaş.
