According to forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The northern and eastern parts of our country are expected to be partly to very cloudy, with intermittent showers and thunderstorms in the Central Black Sea coasts, Tokat and Sinop, the Eastern Black Sea, and the north and east of Eastern Anatolia, while other areas are expected to be mostly clear and sunny. Precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the Eastern Black Sea coasts and the surroundings of Ordu, and locally very heavy on the coasts of Rize and Artvin.
Air temperatures are expected to be 2-4 degrees above seasonal norms in the west of the country, around seasonal norms in the interior, and 1-3 degrees below norms in the east.
The wind is generally expected to blow from northerly directions, light to occasionally moderate, and strong (40-60 km/h) in Marmara, the North Aegean, the Western Black Sea coasts, the interior of the Eastern Mediterranean, the south and west of Eastern Anatolia, and Southeastern Anatolia.
