According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, the country is expected to be partly to locally very cloudy, with local downpours and occasional thunderstorms forecast for the south and east of the Marmara region, the Western Black Sea, the north and west of Ankara, and the surroundings of Edirne, Kırklareli, Manisa, Kütahya, Eskişehir, Çankırı, Çorum, Kars, Iğdır, Van, and Hakkari.
