Istanbul dam levels drop to 17 percent! Experts warn: Our water is gone
Drawing attention to the state of dams in Istanbul, Professor Levent Kurnaz, Director of the Boğaziçi University Center for Climate Change and Policy Studies, said, "Please keep this issue on the agenda; our water is gone now..."
