According to the assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: It is estimated that the country will be partly to very cloudy, with precipitation expected across the country (except for Van). The precipitation, which will generally be seen as rain and showers, and as sleet and snow in the inner and eastern parts, is expected to be heavy in the coastal areas of the Western Black Sea, the Eastern Mediterranean, the east of Central Anatolia, the Central and Eastern Black Sea, and the west of Eastern Anatolia. The wind is expected to blow strongly (50-70 km/h) from northerly directions in the Western and Central Black Sea. Icing and frost are expected in the inner and eastern regions during the morning and night hours. There is a risk of avalanches and snowmelt in the high, sloping areas with deep snow cover in the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea and the east of Eastern Anatolia.

Air temperatures are expected to decrease by 4 to 6 degrees in the inner and western parts of the country, with no significant changes expected elsewhere.

The wind is expected to blow lightly, occasionally moderately from northerly directions in the western parts of the country and from southerly directions in the eastern regions, and strongly (50-70 km/h) from northerly directions in the Western and Central Black Sea.

The wind is expected to blow strongly (50-70 km/h) from northerly directions in the Central Black Sea. There is a risk of avalanches and snowmelt in the sloping areas with deep snow cover in the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea.
