According to the latest assessments by the General Directorate of Meteorology, very cloudy and rainy weather will be effective across Turkey; a yellow-coded warning has been issued for 38 provinces. While precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in Hatay, Osmaniye, and some provinces in Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia, winds reaching 40-60 km/h are expected in the eastern regions. Risks of sleet, snow, icing, and frost are highlighted in inland and high-altitude areas, while there is an avalanche danger in the high-altitude parts of the Eastern Black Sea and Eastern Anatolia. Air temperatures are expected to remain below seasonal norms across the country.

According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: It is estimated that the country will be very cloudy, with precipitation expected in the northern coasts of Marmara, the Eastern Mediterranean, the northeast of Central Anatolia, the Black Sea, Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia, and the surroundings of Ankara, Çankırı, Kırıkkale, and Kırşehir. The precipitation, which will generally be in the form of rain and showers, locally thundery showers in Southeastern Anatolia, and sleet and snow in the inland and eastern parts and at higher altitudes, is expected to be locally heavy in the surroundings of Hatay, Osmaniye, Erzurum, Ağrı, Muş, Bitlis, Şırnak, Hakkari, Batman, and Siirt. The wind is expected to blow strongly (40-60 km/h) from the south and southwest in the east of Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia. There is a danger of icing and frost in the inland and eastern parts, and a danger of avalanches and snowmelt in the sloping areas with high snow cover in the inland parts of the Eastern Black Sea and Eastern Anatolia.

Air temperatures are expected to remain below seasonal norms across the country.

The wind is expected to blow generally from the south and southwest, and from the north in Marmara and over time in the western parts, light to occasionally moderate, and strongly (40-60 km/h) in the east of Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia.
