According to the forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The weather is expected to be partly cloudy and clear across the country. Icing and frost are expected in the eastern parts of the country during the morning and night hours, while haze and local fog are expected in the northern and inner parts. There is an avalanche danger in the high parts of the inner Eastern Black Sea region and on the high and steep slopes of Eastern Anatolia.

Air temperatures are expected to continue rising, remaining around seasonal norms in the northeastern parts of the country and 4-8 degrees above normal in other areas.

WARNING FOR AVALANCHE DANGER, SNOWMELT, ICING, AND FROST

Relevant authorities and our citizens must be careful and take precautions against avalanche danger, landslides, disruptions in transportation, and negative consequences related to snowmelt in the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea region and on the high and steep slopes of Eastern Anatolia.
