According to the latest forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The northern and eastern parts of Turkey are expected to be partly to very cloudy, with local rain and showers in the northeast of Marmara, the Black Sea region, the north of Eastern Anatolia, the surroundings of Bilecik and Sivas, the coastal parts of Kırklareli, and the northern coasts of Çanakkale and Balıkesir. Sleet and snow are expected in the higher elevations of Kastamonu and the interior of the Eastern Black Sea region, as well as the higher elevations of northern Eastern Anatolia, while other areas are expected to be partly cloudy and clear. Precipitation is expected to be locally heavy on the Black Sea coasts. Fog and mist are expected in some interior areas.
