According to the forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The country is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with intermittent showers and thunderstorms expected in the Marmara, Aegean, western and central Mediterranean inland areas, Central Anatolia (except Sivas), the Western Black Sea, the inland areas of the Central Black Sea, and the surroundings of Samsun. Precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the east of Marmara, the Western Black Sea (except Sinop), and the surroundings of Izmir, Manisa, Kütahya, Eskişehir, and Çankırı. Dust transport is expected in the east of Marmara, the Aegean, the Mediterranean, Central Anatolia, the Western and Central Black Sea, the west of Eastern Anatolia, and Southeastern Anatolia.

Air temperatures are expected to decrease significantly in the Thrace region and the coastal Aegean, while continuing to remain above seasonal norms elsewhere.
