According to the forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology (MGM): The country is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with precipitation expected in most of the country, including Central Anatolia (except Konya and Eskişehir), the Western and Central Black Sea regions, Eastern Anatolia, the northern and eastern parts of Southeastern Anatolia, as well as the surroundings of Sakarya, Giresun, Trabzon, the eastern districts of Antalya, Hatay, Kahramanmaraş, Gaziantep, Kilis, and the eastern parts of Osmaniye. Precipitation is expected to be in the form of rain and downpours in coastal areas and Southeastern Anatolia, and as sleet and snow in inland and high-altitude areas. Heavy snowfall is expected in the northern parts of Kastamonu and the high-altitude areas of the provinces of Bartın, Karabük, and Sinop. Icing and frost are expected in inland and eastern parts during the morning and night hours. There is an avalanche risk in the high-altitude areas of the interior of the Eastern Black Sea region and the high and sloping areas of Eastern Anatolia.

Air temperatures, which have been running below seasonal norms, are expected to rise, starting from our western regions.
