According to forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: It is estimated that the entire country will experience precipitation, except for the eastern part of Eastern Anatolia and the eastern part of the Eastern Black Sea region. The precipitation, which will be in the form of rain and showers along the coasts and in the south of Southeastern Anatolia, and sleet and snow in other areas, is expected to be locally heavy in the south and east of Marmara, the Aegean (except İzmir and Manisa), the Mediterranean, Central Anatolia, the Western Black Sea, and the surroundings of Amasya, Samsun, and Çorum. The wind is expected to blow from southerly directions in the Southern Aegean, the Mediterranean, the south and east of Central Anatolia, the interior parts of the Central and Eastern Black Sea, and the north and west of Eastern Anatolia, and over time from northerly directions in the west of Marmara, as strong winds and short-term storms (50-80 km/h). Icing and frost are expected in the interior and eastern regions during the morning and night hours. There is a risk of avalanches on the high, sloping sections with deep snow cover in the interior parts of the Eastern Black Sea and the east of Eastern Anatolia.

Air temperatures are expected to decrease by 5 to 7 degrees in the western parts and increase by 4 to 6 degrees in the Eastern Black Sea region, with no significant changes expected elsewhere.

 The wind is expected to be generally light and moderate from southerly directions, and over time from northerly directions in the western parts of the country, and to blow as strong winds and occasionally storms (50-80 km/h) from southerly directions in the Southern Aegean, the Mediterranean, the south and east of Central Anatolia, the interior parts of the Central and Eastern Black Sea, and the north and west of Eastern Anatolia, and over time from northerly directions in the west of Marmara.
