According to the latest evaluations made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, the northern, inner, and eastern parts of the country are expected to be partly to very cloudy, with precipitation expected in the Western and Eastern Black Sea regions, the coasts of the Central Black Sea, and the surroundings of Sakarya, Ardahan, and Hakkari, while other areas are expected to be partly cloudy and clear. 

Precipitation is expected to be heavy in the surroundings of Ordu, Giresun, and Trabzon; very heavy in the surroundings of Rize and Artvin; and heavy and locally intense snow in higher elevations. The wind is expected to be strong (40-60 km/h) from northerly directions in the southwest of Marmara, the North Aegean coasts, the Central and Eastern Black Sea, and the northeast of Eastern Anatolia.

It is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with rain and showers in the surroundings of Sakarya. The wind is expected to blow strongly (40-60 km/h) from the north and northeast in the southwest of the region.
