According to data from the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) Department of Environmental Protection and Control, Istanbul Air Quality Monitoring Center, the air in Istanbul has refreshed.
According to Air Quality Index (EPA) data, air quality at all monitoring points in the city, with the exception of the monitoring center in Selimiye, was measured within the 0-50 index range, described as "Air quality is satisfactory and air pollution poses little or no risk."
The places with the cleanest air in the city were the area where the Sultangazi-1 station is located, along with Kumköy. Kumköy was followed by Kandilli and Üsküdar.
