One of the dives planned by the Respect for the Depths Diving Community across 134 locations from Artvin to Hatay as part of the 100th anniversary of the Republic took place in Sivas's Lake Gökpınar. In the lake, which is located in the Gürün district of Sivas and famous for its clarity, the divers also unfurled a Turkish flag to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the Republic with enthusiasm.
THE CENTER WILL BE DOLMABAHÇE
Respect for the Depths Diving Community Vice President Gökhan Karakaş also announced that the center of the dive would be in front of the Dolmabahçe Palace and stated the following:
“We will descend into the depths to protect the fundamental achievements of our glorious Republic, which was founded with great difficulties, and to maintain our national unity. The center of this dive, which has never been realized in Turkey before, will be in front of the Dolmabahçe Palace, where our Ancestor closed his eyes.”
