It was noted that air temperatures in the western regions will drop by 4 to 6 degrees. Heavy rain warnings were issued for the surroundings of Edirne, Kırklareli, Adana, Osmaniye, Kahramanmaraş, Rize, Tokat, Sivas, Kayseri, and Niğde. According to the forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The country is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with showers and occasional thunderstorms expected in the Marmara region, the Western Black Sea, the western part of Eastern Anatolia, the inland parts of the Eastern Black Sea, and the surroundings of Adana, Osmaniye, Kahramanmaraş, Rize, Tokat, Sivas, Kayseri, and Niğde.
The precipitation is expected to be locally heavy in the surroundings of Edirne and Kırklareli. The wind is expected to blow strongly (40-70 km/h) from southerly directions in the Aegean, Western Mediterranean, inland parts of the Central Black Sea, Eastern Black Sea, the western part of Eastern Anatolia, as well as Central Anatolia and the south of the Marmara region. Icing and frost are expected in the eastern parts during the night and morning hours. There is an avalanche risk on the high, snow-covered, and sloping terrain of the Eastern Black Sea and Eastern Anatolia.
Air temperatures are expected to decrease by 4 to 6 degrees in the western regions, with no significant changes expected elsewhere.

POSSIBILITY OF SNOW IN ISTANBUL
