According to the forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: It is estimated that the country will be partly to very cloudy, with intermittent precipitation expected in the east of Marmara, the Eastern Mediterranean, the northeast of Central Anatolia, the Black Sea, and Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia.

The precipitation, which will be in the form of rain and showers on the coasts of the Eastern Mediterranean and in the south of Southeastern Anatolia, and sleet and snow in other areas receiving precipitation, is expected to be heavy in the coastal areas of the Central and Eastern Black Sea, the east of Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia, and the surroundings of Istanbul, Kocaeli, Sakarya, and Sinop.

Icing and frost are expected in the northern, inner, and eastern parts of our country. There is a risk of avalanches on the high slopes of the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea and the high and steep slopes of Eastern Anatolia.

Air temperatures, which are currently below seasonal norms, are expected to decrease by 2-4 degrees across the country.

A yellow-coded warning has been issued for Ağrı, Artvin, Bingöl, Bitlis, Diyarbakır, Elazığ, Giresun, Hakkari, Istanbul, Kars, Muş, Ordu, Rize, Siirt, Trabzon, Van, Batman, Şırnak, Ardahan, and Iğdır.
