What will the weather be like across Turkey on October 8, 2023?
According to the latest assessments, the country is expected to be partly cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms forecast for the northern coasts of Istanbul, the coasts of Kırklareli, and the surroundings of Kocaeli, Sakarya, Düzce, Zonguldak, Bartın, Sinop, and Osmaniye, as well as the coasts of Hatay, starting from the night hours.
Patchy fog is expected in the morning and night hours in the interior parts of Marmara and the Black Sea regions, as well as in the east of Eastern Anatolia.
According to forecasts from the General Directorate of Meteorology, air temperatures are expected to remain around seasonal norms in the eastern parts of the country and 3-5 degrees above normal in other areas.
The wind is expected to blow generally from the west and southwest, light to occasionally moderate.
