According to forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The country overall is expected to be partly cloudy, with intermittent rain and showers expected in the north and west of the Marmara region, the coastal Aegean, the Western Black Sea coasts, and the surroundings of Bursa, Manisa, Denizli, Bolu, Karabük, and Kastamonu. Mist and localized fog are expected in the interior and eastern parts during the morning and night hours, along with icing and frost. There is an avalanche risk in the high parts of the interior of the Eastern Black Sea region and on the high and steep slopes of Eastern Anatolia.

Air temperatures are expected to rise by 3 to 5 degrees in the interior and along the Black Sea coast, with no significant changes expected elsewhere.

The Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Disaster Coordination Center (AKOM) has issued new warnings regarding the weekend weather. Following the rise in temperatures in Istanbul, snow and showers are expected in the coming days.

It is expected to be partly to occasionally very cloudy, with intermittent showers in the north and west of the region and the surroundings of Bursa. Mist and localized fog are expected throughout the region.
