According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The northern, inner, and eastern parts of our country are expected to be partly to very cloudy, with intermittent precipitation forecast for the Eastern Mediterranean, the east of Central Anatolia, the Central and Eastern Black Sea, Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia, the surroundings of Edirne, Kırklareli, Kastamonu, Ankara, Çankırı, and Konya, as well as the inner parts of Sinop. The precipitation is expected to be generally rain and showers, with occasional thunderstorms in the Eastern Mediterranean and Southeastern Anatolia, and sleet and snow in the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea, the eastern parts of Eastern Anatolia, and parts of Central Anatolia. The precipitation is expected to be heavy in the east of Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia (excluding Iğdır and Van). Icing and frost, along with haze and occasional fog, are expected in the inner and eastern parts during the morning and night hours. There is a danger of avalanches and snowmelt in sloping areas with high snow cover in the inner parts of the Eastern Black Sea and the eastern parts of Eastern Anatolia.

Air temperatures are not expected to change significantly and are forecast to remain below seasonal norms across the country.

The wind is expected to blow from the south and southwest in the southeastern parts, and from the north and northwest in other places, light to occasionally moderate.
