According to the forecasts made by the General Directorate of Meteorology: The country is expected to be partly to very cloudy in general, with showers and thunderstorms expected in the coastal Aegean, the surroundings of Edirne, Kırklareli, and Çanakkale, the eastern districts of Erzurum, Muş, and Bitlis, and the western parts of Kars, Ağrı, and Van. Haze and occasional fog are expected in the southern and eastern parts of Marmara, the inner Aegean, the Mediterranean, and the inner parts of the Western Black Sea during the morning and night hours.

Air temperatures are expected to continue to hover above seasonal norms across the country.

The wind is expected to blow from the north and northeast in Marmara, and from southerly directions in other places, light to occasionally moderate.

A yellow alert has been issued for 23 provinces in the MGM report.

MARMARA

It is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with showers and thunderstorms in the surroundings of Edirne, Kırklareli, and Çanakkale, and the western districts of Balıkesir. Haze and occasional fog are expected in the southern and eastern parts of the region during the morning and night hours.
