According to the latest assessments made by the General Directorate of Meteorology, the northern and eastern parts of the country are expected to be partly to very cloudy, with precipitation expected in the east of Marmara, the Black Sea, the north of Central Anatolia, Eastern Anatolia (except Malatya), and the north and east of Southeastern Anatolia. 

The precipitation, which is expected to be heavy in the Black Sea coast, the east of Eastern Anatolia, the east of Southeastern Anatolia, and the surroundings of Sakarya, is expected to be generally in the form of rain and showers, with occasional thunderstorms, and in the form of sleet and snow in the high parts of the inner sections of the Eastern Black Sea and the northeast of Eastern Anatolia.

MARMARA

It is expected to be partly to very cloudy, with intermittent showers and occasional thunderstorms in the east of the region. The wind is expected to blow strongly (40-60 km/h) from northerly directions in the western parts.
