The indictment prepared as a result of the investigation conducted by the Büyükçekmece Chief Public Prosecutor's Office Organized Crime and Terror Crimes Investigation Bureau has reached the Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, and the 494-page indictment has been completed.

The indictment stated that the suspects received high payments from the SGK by showing patients' conditions as worse than they actually were, and also generated financial gain by demanding extra money from patients' relatives. It was emphasized that a significant portion of this profit was shared with the suspects who were members of the organization and were healthcare workers.

It was stated that hospital owners and chief physicians were not directly included in the organization's hierarchy, but they obtained financial gain by assisting the organization. The indictment noted that these activities increased the revenue obtained from neonatal intensive care units by 3-4 times. Furthermore, it was reported that instead of directing baby patients to hospitals where they could receive appropriate healthcare, the suspects admitted them to hospitals they deemed profitable for the organization, and the main goal was not to improve the babies' health status but to generate financial gain.
