In Turkish cuisine, the vegetarian version of karnıyarık is called imam bayıldı. It is a dish that is enjoyed with rice pilaf on the side.

Made with potatoes instead of minced meat, these dumplings are among the most mouth-watering options.
Mücver
Mücver can be made from most vegetables, but the most common is zucchini. The zucchini is grated and mixed with fresh dill and parsley, turned into a batter, and fried. Mücver is much more delicious with yogurt or feta cheese.
Shakshuka
