An end to inheritance disputes: All details for the new inheritance regulation have been finalized
The new regulation aims to resolve inheritance disputes more quickly. All details regarding the new inheritance regulation, which removes the requirement for a notary, have been clarified.
With the new inheritance regulation, it is planned to make the distribution of inheritance fast and fair. In the new system, which was implemented to provide convenience to heirs, the share arrangement for inherited shared title deeds draws attention. Here are the details that concern millions.
Inheritance distribution processes previously involved lengthy procedures for heirs. With the new inheritance regulation, the rights of heirs will be protected, and issues will be resolved more quickly and smoothly.
The requirement for notary approval in inheritance distribution is being eliminated. According to a report by TGRT, under the new regulation, written agreements made between heirs will be considered sufficient documentation for the transfer of shared title deeds. The system will allow processes to be carried out much faster in cases where heirs are in agreement. The removal of the notary approval requirement will also reduce the costs of these transactions.
Previously, heirs were required to reach an agreement and provide their approval in person at the land registry office for title deed transfer transactions. This often caused delays, especially in cases involving a large number of heirs. Under the new regulation, it will be sufficient for heirs to provide written consent.
Heirs will be able to carry out their transactions by going to the land registry offices in person or be represented through a lawyer. The ability to conduct transactions through lawyers will provide a particular advantage to heirs living abroad.
With the new inheritance regulation, the distribution of inheritance shares will be easier according to the established rules. Upon the completion of sales transactions, each shareholder will receive their due portion.
And these properties will be registered in the land registry. These records made in the Land Registry will ensure the formalization and protection of the heirs' property rights.
The new regulation aims to minimize disputes among heirs. Removing the requirement for notary approval will both reduce costs and simplify procedures.
