ASAL Research has published the results of its survey conducted in January. In the survey, participants were asked, "If a presidential election were held this Sunday, who would you like to see as President?"
“Turkey Political Agenda January 2025” According to the questions asked in the research, the presidential preferences of the participants have become clear.
Recep Tayyip Erdoğan took the first place in the survey. 26 percent of the participants answered the question with Erdoğan. Erdoğan was followed by Ankara Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Mansur Yavaş with 17.3 percent. The rate of those who said Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality (IMM) Mayor Ekrem İmamoğlu was determined as 14 percent. İmamoğlu placed 3rd.
Other names included in the research company's latest survey results were Hakan Fidan, Özgür Özel, and Selçuk Bayraktar.
An 11 percent segment gave the answer "I have no opinion".
