Benfica's Kerem Aktürkoğlu has a new nickname

Kerem Aktürkoğlu, who transferred from Galatasaray to Benfica for a fee of 12 million euros, is impressing with his performance. 

Following the victory against Atletico Madrid in the second match of the UEFA Champions League league phase played last night, the Portuguese have also given Aktürkoğlu a nickname.

Record newspaper wrote the following:

Aktürkoğlu is still in form: The Turkish player scored Benfica's first goal. Benfica started the match against Atletico Madrid quickly and managed to open the scoring in the first quarter of an hour with a goal from Kerem Aktürkoğlu. The former Galatasaray player continues to impress at Benfica and has extended his streak of direct goal contributions in consecutive matches."

The newspaper also highlighted the team's performance with the headline "Diabolico," meaning "Diabolical."  

Kerem Aktürkoğlu had opened the scoring in just the 13th minute of the match. 

Additionally, our other star at Benfica, Orkun Kökçü, sealed the score with a penalty goal in the 84th minute and was named player of the match.

Aktürkoğlu continues to be addressed by various other nicknames in Turkey.
