CHP's new Central Executive Board and Shadow Cabinet announced! Only 2 new names entered the list

Republican People's Party (CHP) Chairman Özgür Özel presided over the Party Assembly (PM) meeting held at the CHP Headquarters. The youngest members of the Party Assembly, Berkay Gezgin and Berna Özgül, sat next to CHP leader Özel.

During the meeting, the Central Executive Board (MYK) and Shadow Cabinet list proposed by CHP leader Özel were approved by the PM.

In the 24-member MYK list, where only two names changed, Mehmet Necati Yağcı replaced Volkan Demir, and Namık Tan replaced İlhan Uzgel. Yağcı will serve as the deputy chairman responsible for the Ministry of Trade, and Tan will serve as the deputy chairman responsible for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Contrary to speculation, Bahadır Erdem and Sezgin Tanrıkulu were not included in the list.
