While the rumors that Metin Yılmaz and his team, who resigned from Sözcü newspaper, would head a new media group increased gossip in the sector, it was claimed that the newspaper's headquarters would be a 3-story luxury building next to the 212 Mall on the Basın Ekspres road.

It has been learned that the name of the newspaper has been set as 'Nefes' and that many names from Sözcü will be involved.

Metin Yılmaz, who served as the Editor-in-Chief of Sözcü newspaper for 17 years, left the newspaper as of October 1 and announced his departure with a farewell letter. Operations at the newly established newspaper will be entrusted to Metin Yılmaz and his team.

According to the report in Medyaradar, it is considered certain that Memduh Bayraktaroğlu, who has been broadcasting on politics and economics on his personal YouTube channel for some time, will also be at Nefes newspaper. Furthermore, the owner of the media group will be lawyer İsmail Yılmaz.

Yılmaz, who worked as a reporter at Sabah and Doğan Media Group during his student years at Istanbul University Faculty of Law, has been the lawyer for the Sözcü Media Group since the day it was founded.
