It has been learned that Gündeş left her luxury mansion to her 14-year-old daughter, Alara, whom she had with Reza Zarrab. The 250 million TL mansion in Kanlıca has been registered in Alara's name.
The twin mansion, which Gündeş—who owns million-dollar investments, a cattle breeding facility, and numerous real estate properties—transferred to her daughter, is estimated to be worth around 250 million TL.

Famous singer Ebru Gündeş settled in Dubai after marrying businessman Murat Özdemir.
Gündeş only comes to Turkey for concerts.
When she does come, she stays in a 3.5-story luxury villa with a pool in Acarkent.
It has been claimed that the monthly rent for the couple's new home is 17 thousand dollars (535 thousand TL).
