Hasan Arat's 'Talisca' response to Fenerbahçe featuring Rafa Silva: 'This is enough for us!'

Fenerbahçe has begun efforts to sign Anderson Talisca, whom they wanted to add to the team at the beginning of the season but was vetoed by Jose Mourinho. 

Regarding Talisca, who previously played for Beşiktaş, Beşiktaş President Hasan Arat stated, "We have the right of first refusal."

Arat clarified those remarks.

RAFA SILVA-BASED TALISCA RESPONSE

Responding to Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray, Arat noted the following: 

What another club does does not concern us at all. We have our Rafa Silva, and this is enough for us.

Beşiktaş has signed Rafa Silva. Look at what that team you mentioned did to try to sign Rafa Silva and failed.

'STRUCTURE' DEBATES

Addressing the recent "structure" debates, Arat stated:

Beşiktaş has been the team that has suffered the most from the structure for years. Beşiktaş's rights have always been violated, but we do not go door-to-door crying.

We will not ignore anything; we will defend our rights.

Beşiktaş had added Rafa Silva to its squad for free at the beginning of the season after his contract with Benfica expired. 

Fenerbahçe, meanwhile, continues its efforts to convince Talisca, who earns 12 million euros annually at Al-Nassr, and his club.
