Muhammed Yakut, who was under investigation by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office in 2023 due to his social media posts and was subsequently sought via an Interpol red notice, has died in Germany following a sudden heart attack.

It was reported that Yakut lost his life in the hotel room where he was staying on the day he was released from the prison where he had been held for a long time.

It was learned that Yakut, who was found dead in his hotel room in Germany, had told those around him, "I feel tired, I am going to rest for a while." It was stated that Yakut, who was found motionless in his room shortly after, had suffered a heart attack.

Following the incident, his body was taken to the forensic medicine institute. However, no official statement has been made by the German authorities yet.

Yavuz Değirmenci, a member of the Founders' Board of the Future Party (Gelecek Partisi), announced the news of his death on his social media account. Değirmenci stated that Yakut lost his life as a result of a heart attack he suffered in Germany early yesterday morning.
