It was reported that Yakut lost his life in the hotel room where he was staying on the day he was released from the prison where he had been held for a long time.
It was learned that Yakut, who was found dead in his hotel room in Germany, had told those around him, "I feel tired, I am going to rest for a while." It was stated that Yakut, who was found motionless in his room shortly after, had suffered a heart attack.
Following the incident, his body was taken to the forensic medicine institute. However, no official statement has been made by the German authorities yet.
Yavuz Değirmenci, a member of the Founders' Board of the Future Party (Gelecek Partisi), announced the news of his death on his social media account. Değirmenci stated that Yakut lost his life as a result of a heart attack he suffered in Germany early yesterday morning.
