Homebuyers to get 120-month maturity and 15 thousand TL installments! Record applications for housing project

Over 40,000 applications have been received in the first 6 days for the social housing project, which was among the election promises of İzmir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Cemil Tugay.

Following the promotional ceremony for Egeşehir Menemen Residences, the first phase of the 25,000-unit project, more than 40,000 applications were made in 6 days.

More than 40,000 applications were made in 6 days to Egeşehir Yapı Planlama Müşavirlik ve Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi (Egeşehir AŞ), the main executor under the İzmir Metropolitan Municipality for the project that offers middle and lower-income citizens the opportunity to become homeowners. Thousands of people tried to reach Egeşehir AŞ via phone and messages for the project, which will be paid for with 120-month maturity and installments starting from 15,000 TL.

The project aims to enable residents of İzmir to become homeowners with costs lower than monthly rent. The new living center, designed with extensive landscaping, safe playgrounds, sports and cultural areas, eco-friendly structures, and modern infrastructure, draws attention with its payment convenience. 1+1 apartments will be offered for sale with installments starting from 15,000 TL, 2+1 apartments from 22,000 TL, and 3+1 apartments from 28,000 TL. With its structure indexed to the minimum wage, the project has the potential to serve as a model for accessible social housing in Turkey.

FIRST PHASE TO BE DELIVERED IN 2027

The setup of the sales office and the first sales for 3,100 residences will begin as of April. It is planned that construction will be completed and the apartments will be delivered within 2 years following the construction tender for all phases. For the 1st Phase, which includes 400 apartments, the groundbreaking is targeted for May 2025, with key delivery aimed for May 2027. The 2nd Phase will begin in July 2025, the 3rd Phase in September 2025, and the 4th Phase in November 2025.
