TAX PROCEDURE LAW PUBLISHED IN THE OFFICIAL GAZETTE

The Tax Procedure Law General Communiqué, prepared by the Revenue Administration of the Ministry of Treasury and Finance, has been published in the Official Gazette.

According to the communiqué, the revaluation rate within the scope of the Tax Procedure Law is determined each year in October (including October) based on the average price increase rate realized in the Turkish Statistical Institute's Domestic Producer Price Index (D-PPI) compared to the same period of the previous year. This rate was announced by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance in the Official Gazette.
