You can go to the 'Channel settings' option and activate the 'Allow replies' option.

Similarly, to add a Q&A session:

Go to the broadcast channel you want to add it to and tap the 'Plus (+)' icon on the screen.

Select the 'Question' or 'Daily check-in' option from the menu that opens.
