WHEN IS THE CW ENERJI BONUS ISSUE?
The Capital Markets Board (SPK) approved CW Enerji's bonus issue application on November 28, 2024. In a statement made via the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), the company announced the split date as December 4, 2024.
WHAT IS THE NEW CAPITAL AMOUNT?
CW Enerji (CWENE) will increase its company capital from 123.75 million TL to 1 billion TL through a 708.08% bonus issue.
All investors who hold CWENE shares in their portfolio until the split date will be able to benefit from the bonus issue.
With the share undergoing a 708.08% split, an investor holding 100 lots will have 808 lots.
WHAT IS THE NEW SHARE PRICE?
The rights exercise date for the 708.08% bonus issue of CW Enerji Mühendislik Ticaret ve Sanayi A.Ş. (CWENE) was announced as December 4, 2024. According to the Borsa Istanbul statement, the price adjustment to be made on the stock will be as follows;

WHO OWNS CW ENERJI?
CW Enerji is a Turkish company operating in the renewable energy sector, and its Chairman of the Board, who is also the main shareholder, is Tarık Sarvan. 94% of the company's shares belong to Tarık Sarvan, and 6% belong to Volkan Yılmaz. Founded in Antalya in 2010, CW Enerji possesses one of the largest solar panel production facilities in Europe.
