İSKİ announces dam occupancy rates

The Istanbul Water and Sewerage Administration (İSKİ) has announced the occupancy rates for the dams. The average occupancy rate of the dams was measured at 30.12 percent, influenced by the rainfall.

As of today, the occupancy rate of the dams supplying water to Istanbul is 30.12 percent. Water levels were measured at 37.76 percent in Istrancalar, 34.53 percent in Terkos, 35.68 percent in Sazlıdere, 15.51 percent in Alibey, 29.93 percent in Büyükçekmece, 32.73 percent in Ömerli, 29.63 percent in Darlık, 68.23 percent in Elmalı, 7.61 percent in Pabuçdere, and 10.58 percent in Kazandere.

According to İSKİ statistics, while the occupancy rates of the dams as of today were 50.93 percent in 2014, 61.71 percent in 2015, 37.2 percent in 2016, 55.25 percent in 2017, 68.51 percent in 2018, 35.14 percent in 2019, 21.84 percent in 2020, 41.3 percent in 2021, 34.45 percent in 2022, and 40.2 percent in 2023, today's rate was measured at 30.12 percent.
