Last 9 days for those renting out their homes: Regulation takes effect on January 1st!
With the regulation coming into effect on January 1st, property owners will be required to select their real estate through e-Devlet and authorize their real estate consultant. If the real estate consultant does not have the necessary documents, they will not be able to post rental listings.
EFFECTIVE FROM JANUARY 1ST
The Electronic Listing Verification System (EİDS), which closely concerns those who want to rent out their homes, becomes mandatory as of January 1, 2025.
The new regulation aims to increase transparency in the real estate sector and prevent unauthorized listings.
According to the regulation, title deed owners will be required to authorize their real estate agents by selecting their properties through the e-Devlet system.
REAL ESTATE AGENTS WITHOUT AN AUTHORIZATION CERTIFICATE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO POST LISTINGS!
Only authorized real estate agents will be able to upload their listings to real estate portals with this permission.
Real estate businesses that do not have an authorization certificate will now be considered unauthorized to enter rental listings.
