According to the figures announced by the National Meat Council (UKON), carcass meat prices have increased
Carcass meat prices in Turkey vary by region. While prices are generally higher in the Black Sea and Marmara regions, meat prices are at more affordable levels in the Aegean and Southeastern Anatolia regions.
According to the new list announced by UKON, the prices are as follows:

Lamb Carcass Meat: 331.67 TL
Marmara Region
Beef Carcass Meat: 326.17 TL
Lamb Carcass Meat: 388.92 TL
Mediterranean Region
Beef Carcass Meat: 320.75 TL
Lamb Carcass Meat: 351.52 TL
Central Anatolia Region
Beef Carcass Meat: 321.91 TL
Lamb Carcass Meat: 372.65 TL
Eastern Anatolia Region
Beef Carcass Meat: 326.00 TL
