A judicial control decision in the form of "house arrest" was issued for Serdar Ortaç and Mehmet Ali Erbil; 12 suspects were arrested, and 2 suspects were released under judicial control conditions.

New details have emerged from the testimony of Mehmet Ali Erbil, who was placed under house arrest.

According to a report by Sabah newspaper, Erbil claimed that he found himself in the middle of an incident he knew nothing about and that his advertisement was made and published without his knowledge.

In the continuation of his testimony, Erbil said, "If we hadn't been on a live broadcast, they wouldn't have let me live anyway. They threatened me. They pressured me to wear an advertising t-shirt. We had gone to the opening with Serdar Ortaç just for a change of pace. We have no financial or moral interest in this."

Erbil stated, "If I were going to advertise them, I could have promoted the names of such companies, but I did not engage in such a business."

Mentioning in his testimony that he did not receive any money in exchange for appearing in the video, Erbil said that an individual named Ünal had been calling him for 3 months offering 25 thousand Euros for a broadcast, and that he had cut off communication.

Finally, the famous showman claimed that he uses medication regularly, that he enters a coma if he does not take it, and that his life could be in danger.
