New post from Elif Karaarslan, who was allegedly in a sex tape: 'Be a little brave'

Female referee Elif Karaarslan, who received a lifetime ban from the Turkish Football Federation, reacted to her colleagues on her social media account.

In a post on her social media account, Karaarslan said the following:

"Why do other referees never speak up when a referee is treated unfairly? Is it so that they don't get into trouble themselves? Who or what are you so afraid of?"

"Those who remain silent against injustice today are the same ones who will be subjected to similar injustice tomorrow."

"Fear is of no use against fate. Be a little brave. As long as you continue to be like this, anyone who wants to can play with refereeing and referees as they please anyway."

The 24-year-old female referee Elif Karaarslan and 61-year-old observer Orhan Erdemir were given lifetime bans by the TFF following a video of an alleged sexual encounter between them.

Elif Karaarslan, who was expelled from the TFF over the sex tape allegations, had previously reacted to the situation.
