WHAT WILL BE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE HOUSING PROJECT FOR LOW-INCOME FAMILIES?

The details of the project designed to enable low-income families to become homeowners have begun to emerge. It is expected that rules such as a 240-month maturity, a 10 percent down payment, and a household income not exceeding 45 thousand liras will apply to low-income individuals and those purchasing their first home.

As in previous projects, this time as well, no member of the nuclear family must own a residence. In other words, if married, the spouse must also not own any residence.

WHO CAN APPLY FOR THE LOW-INCOME HOUSING PROJECT?

Those over the age of 18 will be able to apply for housing if they meet the requirements. Since these will be projects that center on the family in social housing, it is expected that 2+1 and 3+1 residences will be built.

HOW MUCH WILL THE PAYMENTS BE?

The payment capacity of someone with a household income of 45 thousand liras will be calculated, and a monthly payment in the range of 15-20 thousand liras will be determined on average. As with TOKİ residences, installments may increase each year at the rate of the raise given to civil servant salaries. However, TOKİ strives to keep this increase below the civil servant salary raise rate.
