The company's founding capital was set at 2 million lira.
The company's headquarters is located in the Ankara Social Sciences University Innovation and Entrepreneurship Technology Development Zone. Additionally, it was learned that the company opened a branch in the Ankara OSTİM Technopark approximately two months later.

The company will carry out various activities such as the installation and configuration of cloud computing systems, infrastructure, systems, and software development in the field of blockchain services. It will also conduct consulting and training projects in the world of information technologies and Web 3.0 blockchain. It will perform software work for the NFT, token, and coin industries and will undertake various projects in the gaming and animation sectors.
The company will develop all kinds of infrastructure, systems, and software related to virtual universes such as the Metaverse. It will also cover sales, marketing, journalism, and animation services to be conducted through virtual universes.
It will develop digital systems such as games, entertainment, shows, and social networks, and will produce and sell internet and mobile applications.
Following the revelation that the company was established, it has become a subject of curiosity whether the Diyanet will launch a social media application.
