According to a report on Halk TV; the presiding judge of the case, Diyarbakır 8th High Criminal Court President Ramazan Dündar's fair administration of justice has earned the appreciation of both witnesses and those following the hearings.

Judge Dündar's demeanor in the courtroom, his attitude, his mastery of the file, and the way he established communication with the defendants and witnesses have drawn attention.

HE WENT TO THE HOME OF AN ELDERLY WOMAN WHO COULD NOT COME TO COURT

It has emerged that Judge Ramazan Dündar, who has won the appreciation of Turkey in the Narin case, set up a court in the home of a 79-year-old victim in 2018 while serving in Kastamonu to take her testimony, as she could not attend the hearing due to health issues.

MINISTER GÜL HAD ALSO EXPRESSED APPRECIATION

This action by Judge Dündar was praised by the then-Minister of Justice, Abdulhamit Gül.

Former Minister Gül stated in a post on his social media account at the time, "I would like to thank High Criminal Court Member Judge Ramazan Dündar, our Chief Public Prosecutor Mehmet Uzun, our High Criminal Court President Gökhan Oflaz, and our courthouse staff for going to the home of our 79-year-old aunt, who could not attend the hearing she was to participate in as a victim in Kastamonu due to health problems, to take her testimony."
