Shocking outburst on Beyaz TV: Calls for Mehmet Nuri Ersoy to resign!

Reactions continue over the fire tragedy at the Grand Kartal Hotel in the Bolu Kartalkaya Ski Center, where 78 people lost their lives. The Ministry of Culture and Tourism remains at the center of the chain of negligence and unanswered questions. Calls for Minister Mehmet Nuri Ersoy to resign are steadily increasing.

However, this time the call for Minister Ersoy's resignation came from a surprising source. Beyaz TV presenter Türker Akıncı, during a live broadcast, pointed to Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy without naming him directly and called for his resignation.

Akıncı used the following expressions:

"It is so heartbreaking that the fire in our hearts has not ended and will not end. Resignations must come for the fire in our hearts to be extinguished. Let us say we hope for resignations right now so that this fire in our hearts may end. Regardless of party, whoever does not fulfill their responsibility must resign; the psychology of everyone on the street has been ruined! We say this with the conscience of the nation."

Minister of Culture and Tourism Mehmet Nuri Ersoy, who is at the center of the reactions, has buried himself in deep silence. There has been no word from Minister Ersoy since the day the tragedy occurred.

78 people lost their lives in the fire that broke out at the Grand Kartal Hotel in the Bolu Kartalkaya Ski Center. Following the incident, 14 people, including Bolu Deputy Mayor Sedat Gülener, were detained as part of the investigation launched by the Bolu Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. 6 public prosecutors, 4 chief inspectors, and a 7-person expert committee were assigned to shed light on the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
