The famous star has filed a request for protection with the court, stating that he has been threatened with death by his brother, Ercan Deniz.

Famous singer and actor Özcan Deniz had registered the deeds of 3 properties he owned in Sarıyer under his brother Ercan Deniz's name. However, Özcan Deniz later changed his mind and applied to the Istanbul Civil Court of First Instance with a request to have the deeds registered back in his own name.

When their mother, Kadriye Deniz, took Ercan Deniz's side, Özcan Deniz cut ties with his mother entirely. Following all of this, Deniz recently suffered a heart spasm.

Now, it has emerged that Özcan Deniz has been threatened with death by his brother, Ercan Deniz.

According to the report in Habertürk, Özcan Deniz alleged that his brother Ercan Deniz openly threatened him and his family with death. In line with this, Deniz applied to the Istanbul Family Court and requested a protection order.
