Statement from daughter regarding Ankaralı Turgut's health status!

Sharing an update on the famous folk singer's social media account yesterday evening, his daughter Eylem Boran stated, "My father's latest status is that his treatment continues in intensive care. Our doctors say, 'We are doing everything we can, one should never lose hope in God.' Please do not withhold your prayers... 08/11/2024".

COULD NOT START SMART DRUG TREATMENT

The singer, who lost weight during the illness process and has been going through difficult financial times, could not start smart drug treatment.

Karataş, who moved into his daughter's house, has been supported by his friends and loved ones. Aid money was collected for Ankaralı Turgut, but this support did not reach him.

The famous folk singer held his children responsible for what happened and rebelled:

"They have been living off my money for 27 years; have they ever earned money themselves? We are feeding sons-in-law with father's money! My son, Özlem, Hasret, they are all the same... They have become a gang. Have they ever eaten money earned honestly? They want to take the collected medication money by threatening me. Let everyone know this!"

Born in Ankara in 1963, Ankaralı Turgut began his musical life at the age of 12 by playing the darbuka at village weddings.

Ankaralı Turgut, who played the bağlama and darbuka, released various amateur albums.

Moving to Istanbul in 1994, Ankaralı Turgut gained fame with his album in which he parodied Tarkan's song titled 'Oynama Şıkıdım', and thus Ankaralı Turgut's songs became known nationwide.

Ankaralı Turgut has five children.
