SHARP RESPONSE FROM ÖZEL: “BRING IT ON!”

CHP Chairman Özgür Özel responded sharply to Erdoğan's statements. Özel said that if they truly believe the AKP is the leading party, they should be open to his call for an early election:

“We conduct as many surveys as they do. You say the AK Party is the leading party. No problem then. Bring it on, Sunday, November 2. If you are the leading party, come. You can even be a candidate. We will cast our votes. We will have the early election decision taken in Parliament. If you were the leading party, you would head to the ballot box doing cartwheels.”
