Initially, Divan Board President Tevfik Yamantürk was seen pushing Hasan Arat, while a person from Yamantürk's staff also shoved Arat.

Finally, it was revealed that the person who punched Hasan Arat in the back of the neck was Tevfik Yamantürk's bodyguard.

The person who punched Arat was filmed being by Tevfik Yamantürk's side the moment he left the hall.

How Tevfik Yamantürk's bodyguard managed to enter the speaking area remains unclear.

Making a statement after the events, Hasan Arat called on Tevfik Yamantürk to resign.
